Senior Graphic Designer
Overview
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling designs that elevate our brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate brand stories into engaging visual content.
Specific Skills
Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.
Motion Design: Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro for basic video editing and motion graphics.
Typography & Layout: Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
Digital Skills: Familiarity with designing for social media platforms, email campaigns, and websites.
Photo Editing: Expertise in retouching and optimizing images for digital and print.
Creativity & Storytelling: Ability to translate concepts into visually stunning designs.

Responsible For
Design Execution:
- Create high-quality designs for social media, print, packaging, menus, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop innovative visuals for product launches, events, and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all platforms.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Coordinate with photographers, illustrators, and videographers to enhance design projects.
- Use industry-standard design tools to deliver stunning visuals.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and software advancements.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Maintain an organized library of assets, templates, and resources.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creating designs for F&B, lifestyle, or hospitality brands.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
