Overview

We are seeking a visionary Creative Head to lead the creative and brand strategy for our dynamic F&B chain. This individual will spearhead innovative campaigns, oversee content creation, and ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all platforms, enhancing our position as a market leader.

Specific Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading creative projects in the F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Expertise in branding, storytelling, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsible For
Brand Strategy:
  • Define and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Develop creative guidelines and ensure alignment with brand values and market trends.
Content & Campaigns:
  • Lead the ideation, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and experiential).
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content for social media, websites, and other promotional platforms.
Innovation:
  • Develop fresh and unique ideas for product launches, menu promotions, and seasonal events.
  • Identify and adapt global F&B creative trends to elevate the brand’s appeal.
Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, content creators, and videographers.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the team.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the brand’s creative efforts align with business objectives.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors for creative production and execution.
Performance Tracking:
  • Analyze the effectiveness of creative campaigns through metrics and feedback.
  • Implement improvements based on insights to enhance ROI.
Additional Requirements
  • Experience working in branding agencies or for high-profile brands.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) and interface design (UI).
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, video production, and emerging technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field.
